Prefetches reqs in all sets.
Does this dependency request match spec?
NOTE: match? only matches prerelease versions when dependency is a prerelease dependency.
Prefetches specifications from the git repositories in this set.
The prefetch method may be overridden, but this is not necessary. This default implementation does nothing, which is suitable for sets where looking up a specification is cheap (such as installed gems).
When overridden, the prefetch method should look up specifications matching reqs.

Does this dependency match spec?
NOTE: This is not a convenience method. Unlike match? this method returns true when spec is a prerelease version even if this dependency is not a prerelease dependency.
