Any errors you see here are probably due to a bug in Ruby’s OpenSSL implementation.

Load yaml in to a Ruby data structure. If multiple documents are provided, the object contained in the first document will be returned. filename will be used in the exception message if any exception is raised while parsing. If yaml is empty, it returns the specified fallback return value, which defaults to false.

command and command_line are the full commands to run, given a String. Any additional arguments will be passed to the command.

Return values

In the non-block form this returns an array of size three, [r, w, pid].

In the block form these same values will be yielded to the block:

A writable IO that is the command’s standard input

pid

The process identifier for the command.

match_schemes

Array of schemes. If given, resulting regexp matches to URIs whose scheme is one of the match_schemes.

Returns a Regexp object which matches to URI-like strings. The Regexp object returned by this method includes arbitrary number of capture group (parentheses). Never rely on its number.
