Execute the provided block, but preserve the exception mode

BigDecimal.save_exception_mode do
  BigDecimal.mode(BigDecimal::EXCEPTION_OVERFLOW, false)
  BigDecimal.mode(BigDecimal::EXCEPTION_NaN, false)

  BigDecimal(BigDecimal('Infinity'))
  BigDecimal(BigDecimal('-Infinity'))
  BigDecimal(BigDecimal('NaN'))
end

For use with the BigDecimal::EXCEPTION_*

See BigDecimal.mode

Returns reference counter of Dispatch interface of WIN32OLE object. You should not use this method because this method exists only for debugging WIN32OLE.

Counts objects for each T_IMEMO type.

This method is only for MRI developers interested in performance and memory usage of Ruby programs.

It returns a hash as:

{:imemo_ifunc=>8,
 :imemo_svar=>7,
 :imemo_cref=>509,
 :imemo_memo=>1,
 :imemo_throw_data=>1}

If the optional argument, result_hash, is given, it is overwritten and returned. This is intended to avoid probe effect.

The contents of the returned hash is implementation specific and may change in the future.

In this version, keys are symbol objects.

This method is only expected to work with C Ruby.

Returns whether or not the struct of type type contains member. If it does not, or the struct type can’t be found, then false is returned. You may optionally specify additional headers in which to look for the struct (in addition to the common header files).

If found, a macro is passed as a preprocessor constant to the compiler using the type name and the member name, in uppercase, prepended with HAVE_.

For example, if have_struct_member('struct foo', 'bar') returned true, then the HAVE_STRUCT_FOO_BAR preprocessor macro would be passed to the compiler.

HAVE_ST_BAR is also defined for backward compatibility.

Is this handler a streaming handler?

Returns the type library version.

tlib = WIN32OLE_TYPELIB.new('Microsoft Excel 9.0 Object Library')
puts tlib.version #-> "1.3"

If the buffer is read only, meaning the buffer cannot be modified using set_value, set_string or copy and similar.

Frozen strings and read-only files create read-only buffers.

Returns true; retained for compatibility.

Sends an HTTPRequest object req to the HTTP server.

If req is a Net::HTTP::Post or Net::HTTP::Put request containing data, the data is also sent. Providing data for a Net::HTTP::Head or Net::HTTP::Get request results in an ArgumentError.

Returns an HTTPResponse object.

When called with a block, passes an HTTPResponse object to the block. The body of the response will not have been read yet; the block can process it using HTTPResponse#read_body, if desired.

This method never raises Net::* exceptions.

Returns error reason. Override this for I18N.
